We have been having some issues with our pdfs occasionally giving us the spinning wheel of death. We keep getting an error “Uncaught (in Promise) Error: Bad end offset: 14725577 and references the real3D flipbook js (pdf.worker.min.js).

If the pages is reloaded after a few seconds the error usually disappears but I don’t really expect our users to troubleshoot that. I’ve gone through and tried making sure the js isn’t deferred, but I’m hoping you can offer some insight on how to fix this issue.

I’m working on Chrome via Mac but we have been getting reports of issues from handful of sources so I don’t think it is specific to browser or operating system.

If you aren’t able to recreate the spinning wheel it usually pops back up after an empty cache hard reload.

We’ve had this problem before but a site cache has fixed it for a few days in the past, now I’m not really having much luck getting it to work smoothly.

Thank you for your time, the plugin has been, otherwise, wonderful.
