Bad & dismissive support

As such, I like the Elementor plugin.
However, for almost 2 years the same error caused by Elementor keeps arising, and the support just dismisses it and sends me pre-written, non-helpful standard emails.
Unfortunately, I was underwhelmed with the lack of help received, and I am also not granted a refund.
So, essentially my experience is/has been that I am paying for a buggy plugin with the support not really making any effort in resolving my issue.
Not a recommended experience.
