Still waiting for the customer service……..

  • I bought the plugin 2 months ago, didnt work properly, I had to wait 6 days for the customer service to help me, now the plugin is not working again, and again the customer service is not contacting me, I am very pissed off because I have sent my terms to nearly 500 clients and all of them received my terms in html code which of course they are not able to read it and thought was spam, now not client has signed my terms and not sure what they think now about my company anymore, bad news….

    Are you going to help me to have your plugin properly working?

    Today still my plugin is not working, not only that, they made me create an admin profile for them to be able to touch my wordpress website, and I had to create as well, “To hand off super admin permissions you would simply, visit the E-Signature settings, “Settings” tab, select the new desired username from the super admin drop down and save settings – (see screenshot)”

    Now, still not working, dont know what to think anymore, so far I have spent money to buy the plugin, time to try to make it work, time to complain because is not working, time thinking the plugin will work, and now I am on the stage that may be it will work, because I just cant believe today in 2015 anyone can sell a wordpress plugin, sell it for 200 dollars and doesnt work,hard to believe, but right now the plugin doesnt work and the customer service, very, very bad.

    Just curious, as I’m running in to some problems too. Did you get this plugin to work on your site finally?
