An annoying customer experience. Plugin dev emailed notifying me my license was expiring, weeks ago, thanks. But every time I went to the website, it was down, under maintenance, as recently as a few days ago.

Now my license is expired and apparently their system just wiped my email from their records because I get an error that my email address, the same as they sent the expiration notice to, that says it’s invalid or not in the database.

EDITED: Just renewed license from scratch and it’s all good. Plugin works on my site.

Let’s explain what is the problem here:

You have received a license notification from the plugin and not from our site. The plugin sent an email to all admins on the site for the expired unlimited lookup license notification.

Due to a domain and server change and a major DDoS attack, we deleted a large number of profiles from our servers for security reasons, and your profile was probably among them.

To use unlimited lookup again, you only needed to order a new license again and everything would be fine. Until your license expires, the API will remain active because your profile does not affect active licenses and everything runs smoothly.

I hope we clarified the problem you were facing and you did not talk to us about it.

    Best regards!
