    If you have issues with sub accounts, we can help remove them. Please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.

    Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.

    We will be able to help you further there.

    I have the same issue with my test website where I’m trying out woocommerce.

    Multiple Google merchant accounts created by the woocommerce plugin and google support can’t help (waited an hour for them to tell me its a sub account and only woocommerce can remove them as I’m not the main account holder).

    Can’t post a ticket in woocommerce without setting up a full fledged website.

    Impossible scenario!

    Since this is an old review, can you please either create a new topic on the support forum or reach out to us as directly as mentioned in the response above? You do need to set up a WordPress.com account to contact us, but setting up a site is not required as part of the process.     But this issue persists when i installed it last week. Are you not going to resolve this and instead make me jump through a hoop?

    We haven’t seen any ticket created from your end.

    We’re happy to help if you’re having issues with sub accounts, we can help remove them.

    You just need to create a free WordPress.com account, feel free to skip any upsell recommendation during that process, that account will be used to login to WooCommerce.com, where you can create a ticket directly with us, there is no full-fledged website created required to login and create a ticket with us.

    I’d appreciate you take the step we recommend above, so we can help you there. This is because the troubleshooting process would require sharing information that’s not suitable to be shared here in the public space like your Google merchant account related information.
