Bad Communication by Supsytic

  • The website offers free premium plugin for translation.
    But after several attempts, filling in the form on their website… still no response on the subject.

    Besides some miner bugs, this plugin is ok to begin with.
    I just wanted to test the premium version to see the difference, that why I translated the plugin to get the free premium version.

    But this will never work with bad communication…

    Hello.
    As I already told – we didn’t get any messages from you about translations, besides – you didn’t actually send it – so in any case this can’t be some kind of fraud. We receive a lot of emails from other users every day in our internal support – so as I see for now – it is working fine.
    Sorry, but I don’t think that this is correct – to post negative review – because you wanted to get Free PRO version and didn’t get it.

    @srustveld: I’ve send them Indonesian translation and got the PRO version at the same day (few hours later).
