Bad character encoding of product’s parameters

    Hello!
    When I try to change names or add new product’s parameter in russian language i have a problem with character encoding. When i apply changes i get only “?” symbols instead russian words. This problem i get only with product’s parameter.

    Please be kindly informed that we have checked the functionality of the plugin, adding parameters in Russian on our localhost and they were all displayed properly at the frontend: https://prntscr.com/gcsxll
    Will it be possible to provide the link to your website, where the plugin is added, and give more details about the plugin, WordPress versions and if possible the list of other plugins you are using on your website. We will try to test the plugin in the same environment as you have in order to duplicate the problem at our end.
