bad captcha plugin got past wordfence now unable to login

Love wordfence and am avid user but this one got past me with the bad captcha plugin. Can you please tell me how to use something like myphpadmin to remove the plugin so I can access site normally? Site is down too. due to that plugin. Thank you!

Here is one option
Deactivate the Plugin and remove it manually through your FTP program.
1. Login to the site via your FTP Program.
2. Go to the WordPress Plugins Directory and find where the Plugin is installed.
3. Delete the WordPress Plugin folder and/or files from your server.
