I have the plugin installed on several sites, but I keep getting email notifications that don’t include a domain name or any kind of ID that lets me know what site it’s coming from. It seems like most notifications do have this, but how do I find out which site a notification goes with?

    Glad to help:

“How do I find out which site a notification goes with?”

You are correct, the plugin sends email alerts that explain what is happening, but the alerts do not currently include the domain name. I will go ahead and add this for the next plugin update, thank you for the feedback.

That would be great. However, currently the site name shows in the subject typically. “Bad Bot Alert at Site Name Here”. That’s what’s missing in the one notice I get.

So only some alerts are including the domain name?

I apologize, I was typing quickly earlier – I don’t know that I’ve ever seen the actual domain name. I’m used to seeing the site’s name in the subject of the email. It seems like most of the installs I have are doing that, though at least one isn’t, as I get occassional emails (about once a week) that don’t include any site name, the subject just says “Bad Bot Alert at”

Well, I will go ahead and investigate this for the next update and make sure that the domain name is included in the alerts. No reason not to, and it would be super helpful for folks with multiple sites. Thanks again for the feedback.
