Bad Behavior plugin – has this issue been resolved?

Still need to catch up on a few things around the ole site, and went back to my “is this Spam?” thread to study up. Went looking for the Bad Behavior plugin, found it, but also noticed this-

Has this problem since been resolved? The post is from back in February of this year. My Google ratings are slumpy at best, I don’t want to make my site disappear entirely from the listings…
