• On 16th of February (almost 7 weeks ago) I reported to Envira that the Elementor Addon is breaking some of the Elementor functions like popups und submenus which we use on our webpage. If they checked the webpage, they would see that it’s a webpage for doctors and their patients, not some hobby blog. The answer was that they already know about the problem and will release a fix (probably) next week. There’s no update/fix until today and the webpage stays broken. I declined the offer to give them an FTP access in the beginning to let them do some untested/unofficial changes to the plugin. The webpage is locked for people without medical license and I’ll not give someone from outside an access to our files. I urge other people to think twice before paying for something which breaks a much more popular plugin (Elementor) and the support is lying about ETA of the fix.

  • Hi @tonishowmotion

I apologize for any trouble. Per our last conversation on 3/3, I’m still awaiting final word on the release date for the Elementor Addon. If you have any further question, feel free to respond to me directly via your support ticket.

    Thanks!

    Dear bmilligan15,
I’m no developer, but in my eyes, a hotfix for your plugin which is breaking a plugin used on 10+ millions of webpages would be my number one priority. Moving the fix months away in the future is stupid. I expect the fix until end of the week. If it doesn’t happen, I’ll request a refund, cause your PAID plugin is breaking the functionality of the other plugin which it’s supposed to work with.

    Toni
