Bad after sales problem follow up.

    The “Create Your Own Review” facility requests guests to check the box to prove you are human. But there is no box and as such people are not able to leave a review. I rely on reviews to support my site.

    I have raised this with WordPress and the developer’s community and still no action. Follow up support is not good.

    This plugin is free and not for sale, so I’m a bit confused on the title.

    Can you send a support ticket with the URL to your reviews page on your website and I can take a look? It’s most likely just your theme styling overriding the plugin styling for checkboxes.
