Bad activation date for Extended features

    The purchased add-on reports that ‘Activation no longer valid’ with an activation date of January 1, 1970.

    How do you recommend we resolve?

    We’re tried deleting and re-installing, but the same error is reported.

    We are unable to use the extended features.

    Thank you for the update. I deactivated and updated the existing plugin. The problem, I found, takes a day to show up. I’ll report back.

    I have the same problem.

    Registering the license key again solved the problem but it appears a few days later…

    The BIG problem is that the extended features are not available anymore and the associated code in our C# application don’t receive JSON error message.

    If you are using the paid extension as well, please manually update the extension by deactiaving/deleting it and uploading/activating the newer version (found at the customers portal in our site).

    This should solve the issue on both, the free (www.remarpro.com) version and the paid extension.
