Could you please confirm if you are using your Sandbox credentials to test payments on your site as recommended in https://woocommerce.com/document/payfast-payment-gateway/#section-8?

Also, we would need to know more about your site setup to check further. For this, kindly provide us your System Status; you can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select ‘Get system report’ and then ‘Copy for support’. Once you do this, you can paste your response here.
