I requested a refund last year following a technical problem with the plugin. None of the support staff have replied to date. Worse still, they kept my bank details in their database to automatically renew the subscription.
However, I previously searched in my account how to delete my card on their platform, something I couldn’t find. I hope they’ll give me my money back for a plugin I don’t even use.
Personally? I wouldn’t recommend this plugin after my experience with them.
