• I requested a refund last year following a technical problem with the plugin. None of the support staff have replied to date. Worse still, they kept my bank details in their database to automatically renew the subscription.

    However, I previously searched in my account how to delete my card on their platform, something I couldn’t find. I hope they’ll give me my money back for a plugin I don’t even use.

    Personally? I wouldn’t recommend this plugin after my experience with them.

    We’ve fully refunded your renewal payment. Please give it a few days till the charge appears on your bank account.

    However, I want to note that we didn’t receive any technical problems on your initial support ticket. We replied within 3 hours of this ticket, never heard back from you, and want to note that we’re are always replying within 24 hours (and less as per your reply) as per our support working hours.
