We go through a lot of testing to ensure our plugin is compatible with most setups that our users can have, however in some cases there may be errors that exist in specific circumstances. Our support team would be happy to help you look at your issue and get everything working again. Simply letting us know the error and removing the plugin from your site will not permanently cause any issues and we can then resolve the error and update the plugin for your specific conflict, or help you find the cause should it be somewhere else.
There are also situations where even installing a standard plugin or updating it can lead to errors which is why we always suggest ensuring having proper backups and testing plugin changes on a staging site. If you reach out to us, we are always happy to help resolve it!
