    Hi team,

After the latest update, I realize the bank account details for BACS Direct Bank Transfer no longer exist at Check Out Page.

Is there a way to trigger that again?

    Hi there,

Can you share the screenshot of your WooCommerce > Settings > Payments screen?

    Thanks for those screenshots ??

Based on the screenshots you shared, everything does seem to be configured correctly and the payment method is showing up on my side during checkout:

    Are you seeing something different?

    Hello, yes it is.

But normally after the customer clicked “Place Order”, they will be redirected to order confirmation page, and it will display Bank Account Details:

    Something like this:

It is no longer exists now

Thanks for elaborating on that; I’ve just placed a test order and noticed the same thing.

The checkout confirmation page does seem to be customised though. Are you seeing the same thing when temporarily switching to a different theme like TwentyTwenty or Storefront? Alternatively, are you seeing the same when doing a conflict test as outlined at https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/?

    Hi yes,

the theme operator said it is the issue of Woocommerce as well.

    Hi again,

the theme operator said it is the issue of Woocommerce as well.

So let’s test that theory! To test, first, you’ll want to change the theme on your site to Storefront, then test. If changing the theme doesn’t help, you’ll want to deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce and take a look. If that fixes the problem, re-enable the other plugins one by one to see where the issue is coming from. If you don’t want to test on your live site, then create a staging site using a plugin called WP Staging.

    Best,

    Ross

    Hi again,

We haven’t heard from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved. Feel free to start a new thread if you have any more questions!

    Best,

    Ross
