• Hi,

I installed the BackWPup plugin but I had an issue with the installation test. It showed this:

    Not expected HTTP response:
    Status-Code: 503
    Content-type: text/html; charset=utf-8
    Retry-after: 5
    Content-length: 1820
    Accept-ranges: bytes
    Date: Tue, 28 Jun 2016 02:22:11 GMT

    Connection: close

This should be fixed very soon, and we apologize for any inconvenience.

    </div> <footer class=”container pagination-centered”> </footer> <script src=”//ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.7.2/jquery.min.js”></script> <script src=”//netdna.bootstrapcdn.com/twitter-bootstrap/2.2.1/js/bootstrap.min.js”></script> </body> </html>

It won’t let me back up. What should I do?

  • Can you try to deactivate cache for wp-cron.php. I think you are using Varnish.

By “deactivate the cache” do you mean deactivate the plugin? also what does that really mean “deactivate the cache for wp-cron.php”? It’s a little over my head. Do you I have to go into the PHP coding and look for that? Not sure what that meant. Can you try to explain this in another way? And what is varnish?

I appreciate the help. Please let me know. Thank you.
