    Hi BackWPup

I recently set up BackWPup to backup my WordPress site, but when I run the program it just hangs and fails to complete the back up.

I recently moved to TSO Host but I used to have this installed on my old GoDaddy host with no issues, so I wonder if there is a TSO setting I should change?

    Any help would be awesome!

    Thanks in advance.

    Kind regards,

    Daniel Reed

Can you check what happen if you remove the database backup from the job?
The first what will be done is the database backup and i have seen one situation where the database connection needs 30 secounds on mysqli.
