BackWPup fail

    I posted here a week ago about the fact that my version of BackWPup was sending me daily backup .zip files and then just quit doing it. I checked all my settings and they seemed in order. A moderator here directed me to a forum dedicated to BackWPup for a quicker/better answer. I posted there a week ago and have had no response as yet. What’s my next move?
