• Hi,
    my installation has a problem with BackWPup Version 3.5.1. with WP 4.9.6.
    In my Backend I will make BackWPup –> Auftrag –> bearbeiten:

    I sorted Datenbank-Backup, Dateien-Backup and Liste der installierten Plugins.
    If I go to the tab “Dateien” –> Zu sichernde Verzeichnisse –>
    WordPress-Installations-Ordner sichern

    No WP-Installation folders are seen in the Backend

    Do you have a solution for the blank site in the admin tab from BackWPup?

    If I make a backup, these WP folders are not in the backup after end of the backup. My backup (DB & files) are > 2 GB!

    This is the link with no output of files to save;
    https://…/wp-admin/admin.php?page=backwpupeditjob&tab=jobtype-file&jobid=1&_wpnonce=5490ddb54a

    Thank you for help.

    Hi duongcuong96,

    I have send yesterday the debug info via BackWPup Pro over the comment. the support will send me next week a new version BackWPup Pro.

    It seem that a WP with more then 2 GB files are to big for the software.

    Thank you for help.
