Backupwp – Not backing up properly

    Hi,
    I’m new at using Backwpup oand need a little help please.
    I’ve been using backwpup to back up my site. The first few jobs backed up fine and now all of a sudden when I run the same job it no longer backs up my “wp-cpntent” or “wp-includes folders.

    New jobs I create are not backing these folders are up either.

    Any ideas please?
