BackUpWordPress version 3.6.1 not working

I’m in the process of making a website and I’m using BackUpWordPress and it’s not wanting to work, I click on ‘Run now’ and it just refreshes the page and doesn’t back up anything, I’ve tried deactivating it and reactivating it and the problem is still there. How do I fix this?
