    Hello,

    I bought the paid version of “BackUpWordPress” plugin.

    When trying to install and activate it gives me error.

    “BackUpWordPress To Dropbox requires the MCRYPT extension.”

    null

    Please check image for error.

    can you guide me what is “MCRYPT extension, and how to install it.” si I can use your plugin properly.

    I’m sorry you had issues with the premium extension. We aren’t allowed to handle premium support on the forums here, but you can enable support inside your BackUpWordPress admin page or by sending an email direct to us at [email protected].

    For your info, MCrypt is a security protocol used with PHP to help secure back and forth information. Your host should be able to install it for you if it isn’t already, and you can direct them here for more info (or have them reach out by email if they’d prefer) – https://php.net/manual/en/book.mcrypt.php
