Backups of multiple sites in the list

    Hi!

    I make backups with the plugin on several sites. For some time now I see in the list of my backups not only the backups of the active page, but all backups of all pages that use UpdraftPlus.

    This was not the case before and I have no idea what the reason is, previously only the backups of the respective page were displayed. The storage location is Dropbox. Having multiple backups on Dropbox show up in the list makes finding the particular backup to download very difficult.

    Also, not every backup seems to be found on the remote. The backup is in the Dropbox with the timestamp, but it does not appear in the list.

    The problem occurs on multiple sites (not all). How can I change this?

    Searched the Forum but did not find a solution…

    Hi,

    You have two separate issues here:

    1. the backups from other sites – this will be because at some point you have pressed the “rescan remote storage” link in the backup/restore tab (you do get warning about this that you have to dismiss). There are exceptions but generally speaking the backups made from the site you are in have the “view log” button next to them in the backup/restore tab
    2. Can you press the “rescan remote storage” link again? This should sync up the plugin with your remote storage.

    All right, I understand.

    How can I undo this? Even reinstalling the plugin (with or without “Wipe Settings”) unfortunately shows the complete list again after re-installing the Plugin….

    The other issue: I did a rescan of remote storage, but there is at least one backup on Dropbox that doesn’t show up in the list (but all seem to be in sync except for that one, what is actually not a big issue for me)

    Unfortunately there is no way to “unsee” the backups once you have pressed this link.

    Can you take a screenshot of the files in your dropbox that are not showing?
