Backups not working, new update

How are you getting these error messages? Mine isn’t either and I’d like to show these to the developers. Thanks!

This started with just emails saying that the file was to large to deliver. About three or four days ago I updated the latest BackWPup plugin to 3.1.1 ver, and updated to 3.8 ver of WP.

Everytime I run a backup the director of the company gets an email but since the update they stopped and she is looking for. I will provide one file that has errors and warnings. Boy I hope you can figure this out, not sure what is backed up now. Similar errors in different backup jobs.

Files are also doubled in size seriously.
