Please, just send the log of the failed backup so we can check and see what the issue could be.

I’m sorry I’m now following how to upload the file. The instructions don’t match the we transfer.com UI at all. I’m being prompted for an email to send the files to. Can you clarify what to do with the backup log after I’ve downloaded it?
