Backups missing after plugin update

    I just updated BackWPup on a site to 4.0.4, and all the backups that were there before the update are missing from the list on the Backups tab. I checked and they’re still in the folder on hosting. Is there something to be done to get them to show up on the Backups tab again? Thanks.

    I think I figured it out — looks like the directory structure was changed/backups are in a new location now. If that’s the case, I think I’m fine moving forward and I’ll mark this as resolved.

    Great to know that it working now, so I just wanted to confirm, In your case, did you set up the backup path outside of the WP directory, and now after the update, backup files are moved inside your WordPress directory instead?
