Backups are timing out at 13%

    My WPVivid backups have stopped working for a week.
    I was hoping the latest update would fix this but it has not.

    The backup (local and Remote) always fails at 13% (Preparing to dump table flix_itsec_logs Progress: 13%, running time: 6 min(s)4 second)

    I did come across another support thread of someone else with the same issue, but when I follow the link to the support docs, I get the following error https://ibb.co/z8XrRNH

    In addition, pressing the cancel button when the timeout error is returned doesn’t work first time, it takes several clicks.

    Hello,

    The backup process encountered an issue while exporting the large table flix_itsec_logs. If this log data is unnecessary, we recommend clearing it using a database optimizer plugin to improve backup speed.

    The documentation website is now up and running smoothly.

    The backup will automatically cancel after finishing the current data chunk, which may take a few seconds or minutes depending on its size.
