    Good day,

    Our backups are not finishing for days now, thus not uploading to remote storage. It is now fulling our server more quickly than it should. We also notice that the backup is also taking a very long time.

    Hi,

    Can you please send us a copy of the latest full backup log?
    This can be found in the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab.
    The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.

    I am seeing this repeated warning message from the log – 8886.003 (6) [Warning] Table v7gbdw_asp_index has very many rows (211426) – we hope your web hosting company gives you enough resources to dump out that table in the backup If not, you will need to either remove data from this table, or contact your hosting company to request more resources.

    I would suggest checking what cause the table to have that many rows and see if there is a way for you to reduce/optimise the size.

    Good day,

    I did a manual backup of the database then I went into the database and manually did repairs on the tables that gave the “has very many rows” warning message. I also optimized the entire database. Since after that I updraft was able to complete its backups and upload them to cloud storage.
