Backup/Restore feature request for Contact 7

Is there a backup/restore feature for Contact Form 7 settings, so that I can backup and then restore (particularly on another WP site)? I see there is a separate plugin that does this task, which apparently has been updated (www.codestuff.com/projects/contact-form-backup-plugin), but it would be best if this capability was built directly into Contact Form 7.

Related: A “restore default” feature would also be of value.

(If there is backup/restore already, then I’ve just missed locating it, and would appreciate your pointing me in the right direction.)
