Backuply stuck at 69%

    I can’t restore and old backup with bacukply.

    It stucks at 69%, at “starting to import database”

    Please help, because if it does not work I will have to start my website all over again.

    Hello,

    We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.

    Would you please check your database if it is empty or if it has some tables in it?

    If your database is not empty then please check if the prefix of the tables match with the tables shown in the log for example wpvl_posts here prefix is wpvl_ so if in your database the prefix doesn’t match then just go to wp-config.php and change the table prefix in that file to the one that is present in your database

    If it is empty and your site is broken then you can just directly import your database through PHPMyAdmin. You can extract the soft.sql file from the backup you have created which is present at location /wp-content/backuply/backups

    Prefix is not the problem, so the error must come from you.
