• After updating to the newest version, I tried to do a data-only backup. No dice: “Hyper Cache was not able to create the folder “cache” in its installation dir. Create it by hand and make it writable.” It also says “Unknown Error #35565654” and error code 9002. I’ve done everything it says when I “click for more details” but it still doesn’t work. BackupBuddy doesn’t seem to have a support page where you can ask questions. Anybody else had this problem? Can you help?
