Backupbuddy – back up failed “…unable to determine files + dirs for back up

    I am brand new to WordPress and acting as an assistant Web Captain.

    I am trying to use Backup Buddy to do a ‘Complete Backup’ of our website. The backup fails and the generated log file includes a line that says”…Zip process reported: Unable to determine list of candidate files + directories for backup …”.

    What is causing this or how can I trouble-shoot to find out why the back up is failing and fix it?
