    Hello. Been using this plugin for a while and today is the first time running into an issue.

    Any recommendations on which settings to tinker with?

    The host is Kinsta. I spoke to them and they saw no issues when dropping the DB.

    The changelogs don’t show the release dates, so I’m not sure if this is potentially a new version issue.

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    The latest version 0.9.43 was released about 4 hours ago at the time of writing.

    Please try to modify the following server settings:

    • Modify the PHP max execution time on the server side to at least 900s,
    • Modify the memory limit on the server side to 512 MB,
    • In the meantime, go to WPvivid settings > Advanced Settings > Change the ‘PHP Memory Limit for backup’ to 512 MB > Save Changes.

      After that, please try to run a backup again.
