Backup ZIP File is not created

I just installed your plugin. I have everything configured properly using your tutorial, no problems with these steps. But when I click “On Time Backup” it gives me this message “Backup ZIP File is not created.”
What does this mean?
Also, does your plugin use the php max file size limitations?
