• I’m now getting the following messages when trying to backup. I haven’t changed anything on my server, but did go in and set directories to 755. I didn’t have a /tmp/ under wp-content, but created one because I saw some posts about this, never had one before and use to work. Any ideas? THanks!

You can try to correct this problem by using your FTP client to delete and then re-create the backup directory: /tmp/

I’m having the exact same issue, no resolutions so far. I’ve tried to reinstall the plug-in, deactive and reactivate and setting the directories to 777. Any ideas?
