Backup wont work

Hmmm, curious. It seems to stop every time that it attempts to add files into the backup zip for WordPress core.

Can you check if your hosting account web space is full or not? (Log in to your hosting provider’s control panel, and it should show you there somewhere).

Looking more closely, I can see the problem. You have some enormous files which exceed the memory limit on your web hosting, when the attempt is made to put them into the zip file.

I’d love to log in to your WP dashboard so that I can test out some tricks to deal with this situation. Would you be willing to email your login to [email protected]?

If not, then it’s OK – I’ll instead email you a new version of UD to install (it’ll just mean we have to go back and forth with new versions whilst I test different things).

To say something more… it looks like, in the ‘administrator’ directory you have a file that is 1.9Gb on its own. What is that file?
