    Hi W3 total Cache Team!

I have installed the W3 total Cache plugin and BackupBuddy to make Backups of my clients website. Actually I cannot make any more backups due to your plugin which I have deactivated now.

The error on the BackupBuddy logfile is as follows:

Warning: WordPress reports the next step is not currently scheduled. It is either in the process of running or went missing. Consider enabled advanced setting missing cron rescheduling if this persists.

Do you have an idea how to use BackupBuddy and make sure it doesn’t cache widely used WordPress constructs and break WordPress functionality?

Thank you very much in advance.

    Best regards, Beatrice

    Hello @beatricekunzi

I am sorry about the issue you are experiencing and I am happy to assist you with this.
I am not familiar with this plugin, however, can you please share which settings are enabled in Performance>General settings and which caching methods you are using for the modules enabled?
    Thanks!

    Hello @beatricekunzi

Can you please disable the settings one by one in Performance>general settings, save the settings and purge the cache after each setting is disabled and see which one might be causing the issue?

    Hi Marko

Minify, browser cache and Lazy Load images are causing the issue.

    Best regards,
    Beatrice
