Backup tool doesn’t work

    Hi,

    when I go to Backups from the Plugin-Menu and I click on “Create Backup”, I just get directed to the “Export” page, but nothing else happens. What could be causing this problem?

    For our plugin, to create a backup is to “Export” your website.

    Thank you for the reply. I think I got it now. The backups listed under backups are just backups that have been created as an export, am I right? So there is no way, to just create a backup, without exporting it?
