Backup to Microsoft Azure (Blob) doesn’t work for me

    I am not able to set up backup to Microsoft Azure (Blob).

    After I inserted Account name and Access key I got this error in ?Container selection“:

    Fail: Code: 400 Value: The value for one of the HTTP headers is not in the correct format. details (if any): <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?><Error><Code>InvalidHeaderValue</Code><Message>The value for one of the HTTP headers is not in the correct format. RequestId:a76bbed7-0001-011d-2924-d612cf000000 Time:2017-05-26T13:31:49.8741161Z</Message><HeaderName>x-ms-version</HeaderName><HeaderValue>2012-02-12</HeaderValue></Error>.

    I am using BackWPup 3.3.7 on WordPressu 4.6.1 with curl enabled.

    Is it error in BackWPup?

  • @svata, I believe you are the same person that we worked with in support, and that your issue is now resolved. Please let me know if I’m incorrect about this and we can proceed.

    Hello Brandon,

    yes, It’s me.

    I have created old Storage account (classic) instead the new Storage account (Resource manager) and it works now.
