Backup to FTP failed

    Hi,

    Ive tried a several times to backup to my FTP, unfortunatly with no success.
    The ftp’s settings test fails, and I can’t find why.

    Now I’m trying to backup to my email. But it seems very slow and endless !!!!

    Can you tell what in the log text can indicate that the running backup is running fine ?

    Is one hour and a half a correct time for a backup ? actually it’s still running…
    The ones I did before I re-installed the plugin seems to be shorter !!!

    Hi,

    Could you send us a copy or screenshot of any error messages that are displayed when the FTP test fails?

    The backup to email may be failing due to the size of the backup. Email often has very strict limits on the size of attachments (typically 10-25MB).

    Please could you send us a copy of the latest backup log file? I will check if there are other issues.

    Hi again,
    I removed the file on pastebin because I don’t know how to make it private ?

    I did a backup to dropbox and the email-report says it’s OK. But, how can I be sure it’s really complete ? Maybe I should send you the last log too, right ?

    And another point is that I wonder if I change my site’s logins, will I be able to open the backups done when the site had another diferent logins ?
