Backup to FTP doesn’t work anymore

    My Hoster has changed their system, since then my backups don’t work anymore… I’m allways getting the following errors:

    [07-Mar-2024 14:50:25] WARNUNG: ftp_nb_fput(): php_connect_nonb() failed: Operation now in progress (115)
    [07-Mar-2024 14:50:25] WARNUNG: ftp_nb_fput(): Entering Passive Mode (92,117,210,46,216,242)
    [07-Mar-2024 14:50:25] FEHLER: Backup kann nicht zum FTP-Server übertragen werden!
    [07-Mar-2024 14:50:25] FEHLER: Schritt abgebrochen: zu viele Versuche!

    Could you please help us enable FTP Passive Mode in your job Ftp configuration then try again?

    So even FTP passitive mode is enabled the site still can not connect to the FTP server. I would suggest you to contact the hosting provider and tell them to resolve the issue on their end since this is a server issue.

    The told me, that they can’t find an issue. What should they do? Is it something with the IP?

    I have had intensive exchanges with my hoster over the last few weeks. Unfortunately the problem still exists and the same thing happened before. The strange thing is that the backups of my Joomla pages continue to work without any problems, but I suddenly have problems with WordPress. Could there be a bug in the plugin? Is there any information about it?

    In the event of a server error, what exactly needs to be changed or set here. Unfortunately I can’t get any further with the hoster…
