    Hey Ross,

    Unfortunately we can’t provide support for premium products here, could you instead use the support mechanism that’s built into the BackUpWordPress plugin and send a message through that?

    Haven’t received any reply from the support email yet.

    Also, on two of our sites, I cannot find the backup folder on the server under wp-content (this is using the free version).

    Do you have any idea where it is?
