Backup to Dropbox failed

Hi,
A client is using Backup Guard Pro (silver), 1.1.20.The website can be successfully backed up to the hosting server.
However, if we try a backup to Dropbox, this always fails with the Max Execution Time limit error. I’ve manually set the Max Execution time to 43,200 seconds (12 hours) so that should not be a problem.
The whole website is definitely being downloaded (97.55mb) but it is not being uploaded to Dropbox. The client paid for Backup Guard ‘Silver’ specifcally so they could backup to Dropbox. Without this feature working, the client won’t be happy with the service.
Please advise how we can fix this.
