Backup to AmazonS3 doesnt work

  • Hi, we purchased the upgrade to Amazon S3, put in all the credentials – accessid, secretid, bucket name and regiion, and as soon as we hit save all these disappear from the S3 setting screens – so they’re not saving.

    The backup ran, and delivered a 5mb file by email. This is not what we wanted. I thought it backed up to Amazon? Has it not backed up because the plugin won’t save the settings, no matter how often we put them in?

    It’s a very confusing backup plugin and the instructions are very basic.

    Please reply. I need to back up a lot of sites and if this plugin doesn’t work, I’d like a refund please.
