Backup the Website White Updating?

    Hi there!
    I am using the latest version of All-in-One WP Migration. Can we back up our sites white updating the site on another tab of the browser? Is it possible?. Or it will damage some data in the backup file?

    It might damage some data, yes.
    Better to do it when you are not updating the website.
