Backup takes too long

Hi,

Can you please send us a copy of the backup log?
The log file will be too long to paste here, so it is best to copy the contents into an online tool (such as https://pastebin.com/ ) and post the link here

Now, after several hours, I went to cpy the log information and I see there’s an error and it stopped the backup. It says “Operation timed out after 5000 milliseconds with 601 bytes received”, but I started the backup more than 15 hours ago.

Hi,

The pattern in the log file suggests that you’ve run out of disk space in your web hosting account. The backups being created can’t complete, because of a lack of space to create them in.
