    I am performing the backup to a remote Synology NAS over FTP/SFTP on port 22. All seems to proceed well, then at the very end of the process it throws up an error. Upon inspecting the logs, the final entries are as follows:

    02-20-2024 @ 14:31:44 – Database backup directory removed sucessfully
    02-20-2024 @ 14:31:44 – Backup completed successfully!
    02-20-2024 @ 14:31:44 – ftp file upload started ..

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    Could you please confirm the FTP credentials provided in your FTP profile are correct and that you have proper write permissions for your FTP server?

    Additionally could you share the complete log so that we can look into it
