    Hello

When I click “create backup now”, it comes up with the box showing file size (182.41MB unzipped size), then I click “create the backup” and it just gets stuck in a loading loop.

I have checked in the “what will be backed up” box, and increased the size to 500 MB.

I have also uninstalled and re-installed the plugin.

I’m using this plugin on several sites, and all the rest are fine, it’s only this site I’m having issues with for some reason.

    Hi @calmac212

Our plugin couldn’t create directory where backups would be saved due to insufficient permissions.

Please adjust your wp-content permissions for proper directory owner and group, set the permissions to 755.

Use chown and chmod command, you can contact your hosting provider if you’re not familiar with these commands (you can also share this message with them, it should be clear for technician).

Also note as it seems that you wp-content directory is doubled i.e. path to your wp-content is ***ABSPATH***/wp-content/wp-content/ which is quite strange configuration, please validate as it may be the issue.

If you’re sure that all permissions are correctly set, simply reset our plugin configuration, which can be done in Troubleshooting section -> Show Advanced Options at the bottom. It will force the plugin to find proper directory where it can save backups.

Let me know if that resolves your issue ??
    Thank you!
